Anwar Kashif Mumtaz

Anwar Kashif Mumtaz, an advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, is a Tax and Corporate Lawyer who advises multinational and blue-chip corporations on Tax and Corporate matters. He is a Senior Partner at Saiduddin & Co., one of Pakistan's leading law and tax practitioners' firms. He also serves as the President of the Pakistan Tax Bar Association.

He is a Certified International Leadership and Personal Development Trainer and a CEDR Accredited Mediator & Master Trainer. He is a founding member of the Pakistan Mediators Association (PMA).

Azmat Rafique has done MBA from IBA and MSc. Islamic Economics, Banking, and Finance from Loughborough University, UK. He holds professional qualifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA, a Google Project Management Certificate (Diploma), and a Certified Shariah Advisor and Auditor (CSAA) from AAOIFI, Bahrain. Azmat has 26 years of experience in senior management positions in banking and consulting with reputable organizations in the GCC and Pakistan.

He has work experience documenting and reviewing policies and procedures of Islamic commercial, corporate, retail, and investment banks, developing business strategies, conducting research on Islamic fintech business models and markets, and conducting training programs for Islamic financial institutions.

He has conducted several courses for the Skill Development Council partners and National Productivity Organization.

Mr. Khan is a Computer Systems Engineer by academics and his work is published in the project publications of UNDP, EU SERTA/British Council, USAID/Aga Khan Foundation.
